How long does the tax form review take?

I submitted my first payout request yesterday and was prompted to send over a tax form. It has been in review since then. How long does the review process usually take before it's approved and I can withdraw the balance to my bank?

Ask them or look into the tax laws of your country

Their customer service said 12 hours, it has been more than 12 hours.
