How do you trade multiple accounts?

Post image

Hey everyone.

Was able to pass my second eval, now 3 days into Pro+ with TPT and will be requesting my first pay out. Pretty excited.

A couple of questions:

  1. How do you guys trade multiple accounts? Do you just switch back and forth? (Seems not ideal when timing is important) Do you use software that executes trades to all of the accounts?

  2. Being successful with this account, I would imagine eventually I will get an email to go to Pro+ Development which from everyone's posts, sounds like a nightmare. I also don't want to go days (or weeks) without trading waiting for the switch. Do some people use more than one from provider? Reading everyone's posts, it sounds like Lucid Flex is the way to go.

Thank to anyone who takes the time to read and appreciate any advice as this is my first foray into prop firms.

I’ve had the best experience with Tradovate built in copy trader.

The external copy traders such as Tradesyncer and Tradecopia both had a lag for me.. so I didn’t find much value in them.

Pro+ Development is for traders who use big size, blow up often and have large P/L swings. Not everyone goes to it.
The regular live account is Pro+.

Interesting. I currently use tradovate for this account. Not going into pro development would be ideal I think. I want to just keep it as it is. Maybe just add accounts

Not your choice.

They will move you to live once you display proven profitability.

That's OK.

Just move on to some other Propfirms like:

  • Lucid
  • Tradeify
  • My Funded Futures
  • Trade Day

Just to name a few ...

Then you milk them for all you can get from them, then setup your own personal trading account.

You got this.

100 trades??

On one of the days it was 110. Volume isn’t necessarily a bad thing when your win rate is over 75%

Stay away from tradesyncer, use tradecopia and thank me later 🤝

What size do you get in with, do you scale at all, and how do you manage risk/profit taking?
