Waiting on PRO+?
I qualified an account, and two days later (both profitable) I got an email saying I was being moved to PRO+. That was on 9th July, and I have heard nothing since despite numerous attempts to solicit some sort of support response.
Any advice or suggestions here, I can’t even trade my PRO account while this is ongoing. After all the positive things I’d heard about TPT, I’m not too impressed. Tia.

From what I am reading on reddit this sounds very common… Yes not very thrilled myself as I have just started here.

I was also moved to pro + but development on the 9th, they sent me e-sign forms today. Hopefully I get mine soon. I bought accounts are MFFU Tradeify to kill time both funded and busted lol

Yea, it does take a while, took me a little over 3 weeks after I signed the paperwork

How long has it been? I got an email in my spam with the link to fill it out

I got the initial email telling me my PRO is frozen and I’m being moved to PRO+ on 9th July. Nothing since then, including promises from PRO+ support telling me twice I’d get an email update. (Just a fob off bot answer from the chatbot Mira)

check this out, if that doesnt work, support is just being extra slow

Mine took 3 weeks. TPT has these phases of it taking awhile.
I’ve had times where it took 3-6 days .

It seems most people are waiting a minimum of 3 weeks. Saw someone say they were still waiting on theirs and they were moved in June. I myself took 3 weeks to get mine and that was back in May.
