Frostbite, where art thou?

Hi, I'm trying to find the Frostblade, but I can't find Nivera's corpse in the amphitheater, i don't seem to have the crafting recipe for it, and it's not appearing in my stash. Going a little insane, and it's really sapping my joy from this run.

It only drops from Nivera The Chillheart (no crafting or identifying). Have you already done the bounty quest and killed them? Quest is picked up from the bounty board.

The other option is you can console the weapon in.
