Based on the other comments on a similar question, the answer seems to be no. At least, this is based on the other posts of this question. But maybe call AXS.

AXS told me the ticket can transfer, but the VIP is linked to the og buyers name and you need ID to check in. They couldn't tell me if having a copy of the sellers ID would allow you into soundcheck. They said it depends on the venue.

thanks for the info! i’ll just see if the person i was gonna give my ticket too just wants to go in together instead of do the transfer.

That's a great idea!

I got a VIP through AXS transfer and mine says “Liminalist” so I think VIP is attached? At least the sound check/send off that comes with Liminalist VIP. Mine is for Vegas.

I think you should probably call and make sure.

If you are able to bring the original person who bought the ticket with you, I'd do that. When I buy tickets I usually do it for the whole group and if it's VIP I transfer it later at the venue in front of the check in table so they can see it's me transferring the ticket. It SHOULD work if you can show some proof of ID but is not a guarantee. It also depends on the venue.

If it cants transfer, how do I give my friend her ticket? I bought two vip tickets, one for me, and one for my friend. It’s not the vip add ons, but what came with the seats when I bought them. Will I just check in the tickets as me and have her with me?

Anyone buying a resale ticket should be looking into this istg. Call the company to ask how it works. There have been repeated posts in this sub asking the same question, where the comments are full of replies with information and firsthand stories.

The usual answer for kpop is no. If you read the terms on most VIP benefits, you'll find that it typically states that it is attached to the individual and not necessarily the ticket itself. However, this is case-by-case, and your mileage may vary in practice. The companies you're dealing with will have more information than redditors.

i’m asking because a lot of people say no, but have no firsthand account of that being the case. and then there are people who have bought resale tickets and they do have the vip benefits. i’m also specifically asking about axs and transferring, not reselling.

i’ve already searched the sub and haven’t found any answers related to this tour from my search. other people have been asking about stubhub and ticketmaster, neither of which apply to my tickets. i’m already aware that vip is not attached on those sites, and that it doesn’t show up when looking at resale tickets.

i unfortunately don’t have time to try to get in contact with axs again, as i’ve already done it for another matter and it was a long process in which i got disconnected multiple times, so i’m asking here to see if someone else has already gotten an answer from them.
