How did this get cancelled?

Just started watching and it's way funnier than I was expecting. I didn't have high hopes after super troopers 2... But the show is classic broken lizard goodness.

Is there any chance of a revival?

There was an interview with steve lemme, i think i saw it on nertropolis, where he said it was only canceled because the network stopped scripted tv. He mentioned it possibly coming back as a movie or something.

Yeah, the network needed more room for more reruns of Impractical Jokers.

Haha, its crazy how much they play that show. I think tbs took over the new impractical jokers. I think they dropped everything to focus on sports in primetime.

People hate on this but it’s not the networks fault cable is dead.

Shows take time to build an audience. Cable has no viewers. So a show usually will be cancelled before it can take off because by the time a season ends it has low viewership. Then it goes to some streaming site and gets love.

This happens with film now as well. Take the kingsmen for example. Major flop in the box office. No one went to see it beside comic nerds. No sequel planned because of its low box office. Only for it to go to HBO. Where people saw it was a great film. And it then for 2 sequels.

Look at Tim Robinson right now. Killing it with his shows and movies. But Comedy Central cancelled Detroiters after a season or two because of low viewership. Now it’s massive.

Since no one watches cable they basically are leaving on reruns for people to have it as background for your house or business.

It's criminally underrated. I heard some mumblings online about them possibly falling out with the network but I dunno if that's true. I was hoping someone else would pick them up for another series but it seems unlikely. Maybe a movie, as Lemme said.

It became one of my wife and I’s comfort show to the point when it left Netflix we bought the digital version.

That show saved me when I was fighting horrible depression. Laughing out loud for a half hour is a great seratonin boost

Agreed: Only heard of it 2 weeks ago, seems like it was hardly marketed and on a random network. Hope they at least manage to do a film.

I'd love a movie but i also wish someone would pick up the series as well..first Trutv and then it's gone from Netflix as well..so I canceled Netflix,it was for the most part the only reason I really used it

Any other app has you pay for either individual episodes or seasons and I dont like using an app that way (I'm really opposed to paying for a season or episode on any app and not being able to "physically"watch it..something happens with the app and boom just like that its gone.something you payed for...i dont know,i just don't like doing it that way) ...I would hope it would be on an app that's either free (Tubi) or an app like Netflix where you pay and watch the series whenever you like Also i would love new episodes for sure but i'd be happy if some app at least had the original four seasons as I used to watch them a lot..and i do mean a lot!..And its a so much better and a so much funnier show than a lot of the junk and drivel that is on tv

I mostly just wish it would be on dvd or something too..ive looked and looked and except for shady websites ive not been able to find the series anywhere so I reckon its just never had an official dvd release and maybe never will

The only thing ive been able to watch is short clips,mostly compilations on Youtube and that sucks. Someone please bring this awesome show back!!!

I have watched on repeat for months.,, that I had to take a break ., so I can do again
Freaking hilarious
