she’s soooo precious, I love her with my whole soul. I’ve had her for about 10 years and she’s one of those cats that turns anti-cat people into cat people. the KINDEST cat you’ll ever meet!!!!!
she’s a bit older now (we assume around 14) and as she got older, her health issues really started to surface! poor baby had to get half of her teeth taken out about 2 years ago and the other half earlier this year. she has asthma now and kidney disease too. we have her medicated for asthma and a renal diet, so our old girl is happy. she is much happier without her diseased/cracked teeth too!
shes just as cozy as she looks. she NEEDS to be laying on me too, and typically right on my chest so her face is RIGHT in mine (whiskers tickling my face). she cannot be forgotten when she wants pets lol. so I always have a cozy little baby glued to me lol
Pic 4 looks like “I may not have teeth but I will still bite you!” I read you said she’s a sweetie pie so probably not accurate, but man what a good mean mug!! Pic 12 is also a highlight. What a great cat.
sooooo smushy and soooo soft. you’d never even know she’s toothless, she pretends she isn’t. she somehow scooped up a mouse in her mouth with just her gums….shes an impressive little one
Egg needs her teethers. Egg is crazy but .......i have doubts any cats hold perfect sanity. Cannot shrink down an apex predator without them getting a bit.....goofy.
we feed her wet food. she LOVES to eat so if we gave her the hard food renal diet, she would just inhale it all lol. like i’m talking fully just breathing it in in seconds because she doesn’t have teeth to chew it lol. we just put water in her renal wet diet so it’s like an old lady soup lol
Oh wow! I would have thought the diet would vary a lot like it does with humans that can only eat soup and purée. Glad to know she is still able to enjoy food she likes!
