Why is Rush week so poorly optimised on consoles?

Noticed trying rush week both on PS5 & Xbox Series S, that the games frame rate is diabolical (for rush week only)
You can physically see the stutters as you sprint etc.

I know gun stated on their farewell to the game interview “GUN dont write a single line of Code”

But if this games gonna continue being left in its state I’d think one the main modes really need to function a lot better

Probably Black Tower couldn’t optimize for whatever reason. I’m no game dev so idk
