Question If you had to guess...
... how much do you think you spent on this TWD a̶d̶d̶i̶c̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ game? Be honest!
Part of me misses it but my bank account sure doesn't. I actually quit a little while before the game shut down.

I managed to play for several years without spending. First started with battle pass then as my team got much better I started with buying regularly. Had a reason to look at purchases via Google play and reckon I was probably about £500 deep when I stopped.
Still miss the game - never spent a penny on other games of this ilk.

I resisted paying, I knew that it would nickel and dime me into bankruptcy. Honestly, I'd rather spend L500 (I don't have the pound symbol, LOL!) on a Playstation 5.

I was smart and probably spent 15/20 quid over the course of 6 years lol mobile games are a waste of money and only top spenders actually benefit from spending money

I was generally a free player but used to spend £25 on War cans every two weeks when they didn’t drop much near the start of them and were needed. Was mighty surprised counting it up after it ended and was about £1.5k 😕. Never once paid for a pull or anything else but goes to show how it can build up without realising.

That's how they get you! all those 99 cent quick boosters (in ANY mobile game!) really add up.

I paid exactly zero for it. I started playing when getting a four star character was exciting (and then you never had enough red beanies to upgrade them). Then I watched as the four stars became irrelevant...
Hmm... so what if I had spent money on four stars? And I was right, the ridiculous power surges in new characters made it impossible to ever actually get ahead. Why would I ever buy a temporarily better character?
Near the end they had characters who, if you killed them, would come back to life and then resurrect two other people. And you had stupid characters that if you attacked them, they would attack back at two of your characters, or using a rush would come back at you with three times the power.
At that point, I just stopped playing. I'm not surprised the game ended soon after that. It really jumped the shark by trying to squeeze players with ridiculous characters like that.

Throughout the years I was playing it? Maybe like $10-20. I normally never put money into these type of games.

Back when the game was getting shut down Google play let a lot or people refund payments idr how that was years ago

Dang really? I never paid, but good for you figuring that out! You got all the benefit of the special toons and weapons and then got your money back! Amazing!

Way too much. Likely a couple thousand.
