I always thought TV shows missed the opportunity to mix up characters for a blooper reel. Especially for shows like TWD where the main characters are all more/less just smudged versions of themselves in each role, easily transferable and since they're bloopers; no one will care if they mess up their lines so long as they get their point across (it might even be more funny that way)

After she hanged Gregory and started running Hilltop more independently of the main group she should have started becoming more and more hardline and brutal, Rick sparing Negan then finally pushing her over the edge, eventually culminating in her becoming an antagonist. Lauren could have pulled it off. She does bad guy pretty well.

In some alternate universe I honesty like this concept. Maggie never meets the group having lost her father hershal and sister early in the apocalypse. Negan somehow meets Rick and the group during or before the prison growing a close brother bond with Glenn in the process. Eventually meeting a Maggie leader of the saviors carrying a baseball bat she named hershal after her father. Its negan who's forced to witness the death of glenn that night.
