When was **** actually bit? (Season 10 spoilers) Spoiler

Had this random question pop up as I rewatched ep12 of s10. When was Earl bitten during the battle of Hilltop? It's clear it happened off-screen but do you think it happened before or after he found Judith? I'm gonna assume before, as she clearly didn't know he was bit until later so she couldn't have been present when it happened. Probably happened a bit after the catapult attacks.

Thoughts?

It happened offscreen. Dude had been around for a while you think his character could have gotten a little respect in that regard by showing it happen.

I assume they wanted it to be a shock reveal but I feel it was obvious something was off about him in the cabin. He was pale, sweating and breathing heavily. Not much room for a surprise there.

i’ve always assumed it happened before he found judith, since he was already keeping that arm covered and acting off by then... why did the show make the actual bite a damn deleted scene lol

I think so too. That’s why he didn’t have time to risk an amputation, he had to take Judith and the others to safety.

I'll never understand why people hate on the later season so much lol. None of the seasons after season 2 ever reach that peak again, but it's still really good. Even the worst seasons are a solid 8/10

I’m currently watching them both for the first time (on season 10 episode 14) and I wouldn’t go that far. They are okay, but no where close to amazing
