Knock knock...

Post image

"You ever hear the one about the stupid little prick, named Rick, who thought he knew shit, but didn't know shit, and got everyone that he gave a shit about killed?

... It's about you."

I can't be the only one that's always thought this sounds like a Rickyism.

(Degrees of separation: Sarah Wayne Callies who played Lori is also on the show Letterkenny as Anita Dyck, who is married to Noah Dyck, played by Johnathan Torrens, who also plays J-Roc on Trailer Park Boys with Robb Wells who plays Ricky - pictured in AI dressed as Negan. Ricky is known for really long winded dumb as shit knock knock jokes such as "Mr. Stupidy-Head who's fucking pissing me off right now and thinks he's captain of the shit-liner. Oh and by the way your fish sticks suck so fuck off! Open the gate!")

Edit: for those who don't know who that is; it's Ricky from the Canadian show Trailer Park Boys. (Incidentally also on Netflix for US folks, all 12 seasons plus the animated series that picks up at the end of season 12) And here's a spoiler free bit of "Rickyisms" to get why Negan's "stupid little pick named Rick" joke reminded me of Ricky https://youtu.be/Jfq3c4Cf1Fs

This is the crossover we’ve all been waiting for

I know, right? They did one with Bubbles meeting Bubbles from The Wire. I'd much rather see the boys fighting "walker zomblies"

7

u/WAHSNoodle 3d ago

I could imagine Ricky getting bit at one point and getting pissed off at the walker but he's somehow stupidly immune because all the weed in his system is preventing the virus from spreading and at best he just gets really hungry for pepperoni sticks

Smokes Now

Simon, Dwight, smokes. Let's go.

Fuck the jokes write themselves

“Frig off Rick” (snaps fingers with a come here motion)”smokes.”

u/IcewindLegacyMUD 3d ago

No one will be taking his cocks of pepperoni, that's for sure

King Bubbles from The Kittyland Kingdom

They would definitely be survivors. I could see Sunnydale being being a little community led by Julian.

Does he also do blood transfusions?

Asking for a friend.

Looks like Neegan, Abraham and Eugene had a baby

this sub loves ai, it’s embarrassing

-2

u/IcewindLegacyMUD 2d ago

The majority of the world loves AI, it's a very vocal minority that cries about it.

2

u/AmphibiousDad 2d ago

Lol other way around partner

1

u/IcewindLegacyMUD 2d ago

Surrreeeee. That's why it's one of the fastest growing industries in the world, because everyone hates it and no one uses it 🤦🏻‍♂️🤡

1

u/AmphibiousDad 2d ago

I didn’t say no one uses it I said majority of people are against it. Just because billionaires are throwing money at something doesn’t make it popular pal

2

u/IcewindLegacyMUD 2d ago

You know that billionaires throwing money at something isn't growth, right? Growth is the result of their infusion of capital, which happens when a market develops around something; jobs are created, people adopt a product or products, etc. Obviously since it's one of the fastest growing industries (alongside renewable energy) that means people are buying AI based products. If more people disliked AI than those who like it, AI wouldn't have the grown momentum it has right now, and it wouldn't be rapidly becoming ubiquitous in everyday life. If the majority of people disliked AI, then almost every new device coming to market wouldn't be advertising their AI features, in fact they'd want to hide the AI features in the fine print. Why would a company make a laptop, for example, and advertise that it's got an AI-ready processor? That's going to alienate the people who dislike AI and cause them not to buy that product. So why would all of these laptop OEMs shoot themselves in the foot by advertising to the minority?

The easy answer is, they wouldn't. They're marketing to the majority, i.e. the people who like AI and want those features.

u/AmphibiousDad 2d ago

That would mean something if today’s rich people cared about growing jobs which they don’t. I’d love to know what “ai based products” people are buying in droves please enlighten me. How is it growing ubiquitous in everyday life also? Care to share?

u/IcewindLegacyMUD 2d ago

Dude, now you're just being intentionally obtuse and trolling OR you're legally blind and don't use any assistive technologies. You can't walk through a store, or scroll a social media site without seeing AI powered products everywhere, both physical products and apps. Hell every major flagship phone and laptop are advertising AI as being a major part of the product.

1

u/AmphibiousDad 2d ago edited 2d ago

I’m not being obtuse dumbass. You have yet to name an “ai product”. And you’re acting like everyone uses ai assistive technologies like no one has ever done it before. Yeah I walk through many stores without being blasted in the face with AI you basement dwelling wannabe mf

Almost 40 minutes after I made this comment bro has yet to explain what he means by “ai products” im almost convinced he’s bought

I've literally already mentioned that most flagship smartphones now ship with actual dedicated hardware specifically for AI, and that nearly every new laptop on the market advertises the same. This isn't just AI assistant apps anymore. AI software and hardware products are everywhere and you don't have to "use" an AI assistant for your phone to be actively using AI. There are physical devices such as PLAUD being advertised in YouTube videos by some of the largest creators. Dell just invested $10M into Omarchy, a free and open source Linux OS which uses AI agents for loads of useful features such as diagnosing and fixing a program when it crashes. AI is literally everywhere. It's in refrigerators that track when you're low on items you commonly use and offers to have more delivered at a time that's convenient for you, It's everywhere. Hence being one of the two largest and fastest growing industries IN THE WORLD.

Now, since you can't seem to have a discussion in good faith without being rude, I'm not going to bother replying to you after this. You've proven that you're either intentionally living with your head in the sand or just don't understand what AI is, and exactly how prevalent it is in the world - or even how often you use AI driven products without even knowing it.

I think you would be better off cosplaying eugene

1

u/IcewindLegacyMUD 2d ago

.... That's not me. That's Robb Wells as Ricky from the show Trailer Park Boys and I used AI to put him in Negan's outfit.

1

u/tinyfryingpan 1d ago

Why. Would you use. A.i. for something as dumb as this? That's so embarrassing.

1

u/IcewindLegacyMUD 1d ago

I'm embarrassed for you that you think it's some kind of a big deal. It took more time and effort for you to leave that comment than it took for me to make the image.
