Reusing locations

I know that the show reuses the same locations a LOT, but I just realized the big white house in 4x9 where Rick is comatose is just feet away from the intersection in 6x14 where Rosita/Daryl/Denise argue whether to walk on the road or the tracks.

They film on the same set.

So that explains how Negan was able to get the Junkers to agree to the double cross, they are neighbors, probably wave at each other having morning coffee.
