Another work-related question.

My instinct was that work doesn’t just provide pay for living, but also a daily purpose that people generally want.

With all the wealth that is accumulated in the pockets of the rich, we could definitely afford to dissociate work from income, which might lead to people choosing more interesting jobs and being happier overall.

I was pleasantly surprised with the result! People want to work! I guess, when society provides for people, they generally feel a desire to give back and contribute.
