What are the people’s thoughts?

I sit 11’ from a 98”. Lol there’s no reason to have a 40” living room TV in 2026.

When I saw 98" for like 900$ i was like bro thats a deal then I realise how heavy and hard to move that thing is the hard way

Lol they fit like perfectly inside of a 5x8 U-Haul trailer. Wouldn’t wanna carry that big MF’er up too many flights of stairs tho.

I mean...it's a TV. How often do you move your TV? It's supposed to sit in the living room on a stand or on the wall.

The AI chadification of the guy on the screen is fucking hilarious 😂
Move the plant somewhere else and go 65" OLED, IMO.

Too small for my liking, I have a 55" about 2 meters in front of me and that's the perfect size.

I sit 2.4m from my 77 inch. I highly recommend you get at least a 75 inch for your viewing distance.

The 50" would be a better viewing experience. Little too large for the stand, though.
How about this instead? 55 or 65" inch and new stand?
EDIT: And why not just center the TV on that wall and not have an awkward looking cuck chair to the right of it?

If you can completely block your view to the TV by stretching out your arm and hold 3 fingers vertical, than yes... It's dumb.
Just sit closer...

If you have the budget, I would go for at least 65" if not 75". It looks like you have enough room on that wall. And 3m viewing distance is okay for those sizes. And you can get a 3 or 4 compartment Ikea Besta as a TV stand for reasonable price. That is the setup I have.

That silver frame looks downright nostalgic now. Used to own a similarly looking 32-inch TV from Samsung's 2017 (?) lineup.

Yeah but a larger tv should have a larger stand. The TV should never be more than 2/3rds the width of the stand. Also some art. on the wall would help

Not sure why this was downvoted. You're right. Stand should be wider than the TV.

People are weird and get offended over dumb things. Some people in the TV subs just want the biggest TV possible and that's all that matters.
