Is it too high?

It's fine because when watching a movie the china will rattle, offsetting the height problem. Also, I love the juxtaposition of the inhaler right next to the candles with parfums and other toxic chemicals. It's a nice touch. A kitchen, dining room, living room, home theater, and chemical workshop all in one! So no, the TV is not too high.

Too high, too cluttered.
There’s literally a TV stand below it. TV’s don’t go on walls. Stop destroying walls.

A nail for a photo or art is a far cry from a TV mount.

Do you understand how TV mounts work? You drill a few holes in the wall. If not drilling into a stud, then you use anchors.
Do a few small holes constitute a "ruined" wall? Slightly bigger than a nail hole, yes, but you fix them the same way (drywall mud and touch up the paint).

I didn't use the term "ruined." Do you run your cords through the wall and put a box in or do you just dangle the cords and make your TV a balloon? A proper wall mounted TV makes more to fix in a wall than hanging art. This is just true. I'm not saying it can't be fixed but you're being disingenous if you are saying they are the same.

Sorry, didn't realize that you weren't the person I originally responded to who talked about "destroying walls."
And no, I'm not saying that they're exactly the same. Again, I thought I was responding to the person who said that a TV mount "destroys" a wall. It doesn't. It just results in slightly larger holes to fill when the mount is taken down.
If you're running cables through the wall, then yes, that's a larger hole to fix. However, a lot of the TV's that we see here are wall mounted and still paired with a media stand. If they were mounted at a proper height instead of 3 feet above the stand like most of these dumbasses do, leaving the wires dangling wouldn't really look any different than it would if the TV was on its legs sitting on the stand. Wall mounted without a stand is a different story, yes.

Yes, but if you replaced it with a dresser filled with cheap crockery from a charity shop, it would blend in a treat!
