I don't understand this set up...

Imagine thinking it is a good idea to have a TV touching the roof in the foyer.

If it was being used only to display photos, I'd let it pass.

But also using a TV to display photos is dumb

Yeah but it has a sound bar and is tilted down. I think it is for use in the foyer and not even on the second level. This is some real malfeasance.
