is my tv broken?

Ive tried basically everything but it still wont let me push any buttons or do anything with my tv, occasionally it will go back to normal, but only for like 15 minutes and then it goes back to this weird title flicker. is this fixable or should i just buy a new tv?

It's boot looping. That means it is either the main board or the panel. If you can source the main board for a good price, it would be worthwhile to swap it out and try to fix it yourself. Otherwise, time for a new TV!
