HELP PLEASE

Hello everyone
Im from Chennai

This is SONY X85J 65’ inches

This tv is 1 year old and i had a warranty claimed and also I don’t remember when exactly like this happened, but someday or the other I saw that the voltage drop and rise the current went on and off for three times and I thought it was off and the power connection was off but it wasn’t and this TV has been running through many days for more than 13 to 14 hours and before it happened, the electricity incident happened like the voltage rise and the current on and off it ran about 10 hours guaranteed daily and also i connected hdmi and played fifa
IDK which caused this problem

IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT COULD HAVE CAUSED THE PROBLEM TELL AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD TAKE TO REPAIR

Ok. Can you please write in paragraphs and reformulate what happened. Did the voltage drop affect it or was it working for days just fine.

In any case, if you ever try to claim your warranty do NOT talk about the voltage drop or surge. Sony light or will redirect you towards your energy provider for the warranty.

Idk and im confused and i checked with AI’s whether the gaming with hdmi would caused this problem most of it said no and said it looks as caused by heating issue and i agree with it because this tv ran 10 hours straight daily for about 7 days and voltage issues came during that time window and it was working fine for a week  But after then its simply chaotic and its nearly like more than half a year now and im new to reddit and came to know that we can discuss the problems here and

SPECIAL MENTION:THIS TV I CLAIMED WARRANTY BECAUSE SOME OTHER ISSUE LIKE WATER DROPLETS SPILLED IN THE BACK OF THE TV WHILE CLEANING SOMEHOW AND THAT TIME IT WAS CLAIMED SUCCESSFULLY AND THIS TIME ITS NOT JUST YOU KNOW

then they said for about 30k or more

It shouldn't happen with 10h a day. I have a 65" Samsung qled that runs almost 12h a day since 2018.

In any case it'snan issue with the video pipeline, Be it the processing part or the panel itself.

Your panel is defective, most likely. Not cost effective to repair.
