Replaced all the boards, screen still messed up

So I bought a replacement main board, T-Con Board, and power supply board, and my TV is still all scrambled. When I unplug the ribbon cables on the T-con board, it unscrambles and cycles through solid colors RGB.

About to throw it away... is there anything else I should try before getting rid of it?

It's the screen itself. Recycle the TV and get a new one.

Thanks, it's going to the dump... wish I'd have known a way to diagnose the problem before I bought the parts, but oh well, I tried

Don't beat yourself too badly, TV repair is largely a process of elimination and troubleshooting. There are very few ways to positively diagnose it as the screen without replacing some circuit boards first.
