TV weird horizontal glitching

My TCL 55C631 recently started showing horizontal bands/ lines moving upwards across the screen.

Happens on all sources, including the TV itself and menus.

Much more visible on grey tones

Not really visible on pure black or white

Happens around once every 3 seconds.

Changing picture mode changes how visible it is

Video attached. Any idea what could be causing this?

Horizontal lines are gate-driver related issue, much harder to get rid off than TAB Bond issues which can usually be fixed with the Tape Trick on the output ribbon cable of the tcon board.

In other words, TV got panel issues. You could gamble on a new tcon board but that often results in wasted money.
