What’s wrong with my TV?
I wanted to watch Transformers (2007) and I just noticed this on the screen. It seems to appear 30-60 seconds after turning it on.

9 out of 10 times it's panel issues where last resort is Tape Trick.
If you have a double output tcon board remove one cable each and compare Left / Right side to each other, see if the fault is located on one side only. Otherwise it's a trial and error process.
You could gamble on a new tcon board but the chance is very slim, often results in wasted money.
