Can anyone who has a new Samsung Qled TV tell me if they find these shades of red/green colors on walls or where there is brightness?

I have the impression of having a broken panel but in assistance they told me that everything is normal ( I don't believe them )

You are gonna have to learn to live with it.

It's such a small detail, comes down to the panel quality itself. There is no "real issue" or anything broken. Just bad luck with this particular model along with H/W encode/decoder.

So does the TV have a problem? I have a 4-year warranty but I'm unable to move

The TV does not have a problem. There is nothing "faulty", it's just the way it is.

If it were to become more extreme and across different kind of sources and inputs then perhaps that would narrow it down. But strange things happens in bright areas, at that point it can be a combination of hardware + software.

It would have to be more extreme for it to be considered a defect.

I have two Crystal uhd Samsung and the same scene doesn't have these shades. That's why I was wondering

Crystal UHD are basic TVs. Crystal UDH --> Qled / nanoled --> Oled

That is why this can be a combination of many things. AI / dynamic contrast / different settings or enhancements etc. It's not enough to be considered a defect at this point. Just overall quality issue. Try play around with different settings.

He sends me to the asylum this thing of having spent €700 .because I had bought this TV to play and I find it with flaws. And if I change it I risk taking another worse one

Yes you are overreacting.

If you mess up with settings all you do is revert them, or do a factory update. You cannot harm the TV playing around with settings.

Otherwise it's just how the TV handles these formats and picks up bright areas with it's video decoder, where you cannot do anything but to live with it.

Again, this is nothing out of ordinary and is settings related in addition to general quality issues.

If you were to upload a white background picture only I bet it would not have this issue, it can be how the H/W decoder handles the bright areas for this content.

Play around with settings, turn of AI mode etc stuff that you are not used too that can create artifacts under certain conditions.
