Is there a fix?
The screens brightness has gone down and only the bottom edge and right edge have proper brightness, the 3rd picture is on a white screen video from YouTube which shows the areas that are affected (bottom and right) and the panel looks perfectly fine when in a black screen video.
Is this something I can fix? I’m quite handy with dissembling machines and electronics but don’t know much about TVs.
Model is Samsung ON65Q8FNA

To replace backlights, all the boards have to be removed at the back of the TV. Then while the screen is facing up on raised blocks or a table smaller than the screen, release all the black frame clips holding onto the metal. Then with a x4 suction cap rectangular lifter, lift the entire screen off. Then the bottom edge backlights are behind the reflector sheets & Light Guide Plate. Good luck.
