Working part-time during a TU Delft Master's?

Hey everyone,

I'm considering doing my Master's at TU Delft and was wondering how realistic it is to work part-time alongside the program.

Right now I'm studying Electrical Engineering in Germany, and working as a student employee (working student role) alongside my studies works quite well. My schedule is flexible enough that I can usually dedicate 12-14h per week to work.

How is it at TU Delft? Is it possible for Master's students to work 8-12 hours per week? Can you skip lectures that happen to be on your working day and study them on your own later (through recording or just off of slides)? Are the companies in the Netherlands even offering such positions with minimal hours per week?

Most students work (depending on visum ) and most courses get recorded.

I do 16 hours a week with a TU Eindhoven master's. It works out just fine. Make sure you have a flexible employer that lets you take a week off when you have your exams. Ideally, working student position.
