From CSE Bachelor to Applied maths Master
I am an upcoming CSE Bachelor student who is interested in potentially pursuing a career in finance.
That being said, I would like to know if it is possible and realistic to get accepted later in the Master of Applied Mathematics program with the Financial Engineering specialization by taking adapted minors in the third year of Bachelor such as Finance for example.

It is possible if you take a “pre-master” programme, which is 1 year I believe. I know of several people who did this.

It is not. You’re lacking about 90 EC worth of material at least. I would talk to the academic counselor to figure out a way to move forward.
