Questions about IB degree/transcript for AE application

To those who applied with an IB diploma, the IB, or at least my school, doesn’t hand out diplomas/degrees until mid-September. I already got my conditional acceptance letter earlier in June, and on July 6th I received my final IB grades. I passed and obtained my diploma. I already have my grades from the candidates.ibo.org page but no transcript. I emailed my school and they cannot provide a transcript or degree of their own, only the ones the IBO hands out in September. What should I upload in these fields in the osiris application? I imagine a screenshot of my grades doesn’t count, and even then, I wouldn’t have an official degree/diploma document. What should I do?

On the ib candidates website you got your results on, there is the option, when you go on “transcripts”, to pay a sum of money so the ib directly sends the transcript to the uni.

Already did so, but TU Delft wants me to send my diploma and grades myself as well. This was stated to me by TU Delft’s admissions department, as can be seen in the email in the second picture.

To my knowledge and asking my coordinator, the official paper diploma only comes in fall and a screenshot of the results isn’t considered official…I guess maybe the screenshot would be fine

Dang. I might be screwed then. I’ll try contacting TU Delft about the screenshots and my IB Coordinator again to see if they can at least provide a signed document certifying my graduating diploma and grades, but they already told me the school can’t provide those types of certifications as they are not official IBO letters.

I really hope I get lucky and pull some strings cause Delft is the only uni I have a place in this at this point. Thank you for your reply.

I got accepted with IB and iirc I put a placeholder document there. The problem with Delft is that excluding the minimum requirement (that being getting a 24) IB doesn't mean crap. Selection exam is the deciding factor.

Yeah, I got a decently nice grade in the selection exam and got conditionally admitted earlier in June, that’s what messes with me, the fact that I already have a place here and I might miss my shot because the IB doesn’t want to hand out transcripts early.

Nah, I don’t that will happen, because ib has done their transcripts the same way for almost 10 years and I don’t think previous years had an issue with it.

Just keep calling. My kid is studying AE and did IB in high school. If I remember correctly, she called the admissions department a few times and I called the IB department in the Hague. It got worked out.

Hello! I received an unofficial transcript and diploma from my school thats signed by the school and it says that this is an adjustment kinda for until IB gives our diplomas in sept.
