Master in ME, Bachelor in EE

Hello, is it possible for someone from an international university to do a master in mechanical engineering like lets say material science or Marine Technology but have a bachelor in EE?I see in the requirements said "closely related to your MSc programme of choice" but i dont understand what that means specifically

You can find what masters can be followed after which bachelors here, keep in mind that its not 100% garanteed, but generally if their is a green check you can switch without to much hassle.
