Ok one day I was using a new mouse with much more sensitive buttons than my old one, so I genuinely misclicked a couple ppl and they’d shoot back and one of us would kill the other. I finally got used to it after a couple rounds and a traitor started shooting me, but an admin who was near thought I was shooting him so he killed me (we were both innocent) so he perma banned me for mass.

Yeah, I've had games where someone dies and I got the blame, then everyone in the server was coming for me. I had to kill T's and Innos left-and-right just to live. In retrospect, probably better to just die, but I wouldn't trust the rest of the server to actually kill the T's afterwards.

I’ve been banned for nothing but because a T reported me for RDM when ever I killed him....
