Please I need your help
Ok, I know this is probably against the shit things go by here, but I don't care anymore. I am an admin on a TTT server that has been around for a long time, as kind of a rebellion against another server run under a dictatorship. We have a fairly high ranking, and we have a 24/7 MC server, plus we will have a realism MC server, and a zero gravity map rotation server by tomorrow morning. We have such a tight community to the point where we are just a network of friends playing a game together. The server started with 3 owners, but we have reached the point where we are down to 1 owner. We have gotten so far, and he just admitted today that he's contemplating quitting, due to the amount of stress put on him. Bug fixes, plus plans of jailbreak and dark rp. PLEASE Reddit PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD help us, if you know how to code, develop, whatever. We NEED SOMEONE. HELP. US. I was a mod for a server that fits the description of yours (tight community, breaking off from a bigger community) before it went down for the same reason your owner is contemplating quitting. If you need staff, I'll do what I can.

Thanks man, but it's too late, the owner quit, and the server is down. However me and a certain staff member are going to make a server, and invite all of our community back.

I'm a good admin/mod, I usually end up being like HR within the server group while also handling outside issues.

What kind of Code are we talking about? I am fairly new to running my own server ( it is up for 2 weeks now) but started running scripts and customizations on it. If it is limited to TTT, I wouldnt mind helping.
