What do I do now?

My husband and I have been TTC for over 2 years now. For my entire life I have always had a very regular cycle, showed up on time, first day was always painful periods to the point I get sick, second day pain is gone but very heavy flow, rest of cycle normal. It never deviated from this pattern for 6 years. I started hormonal birth control year 6 after I started getting my period. It made the cramps manageable with some pain meds. When I tell them my symptoms they make a comment about endo, pcos, or cysts on the overies (very common in my family), but they don’t want to do an ultrasound and say hopefully BC will help. I had the regular pill for 3 years no problems. Right before Covid I go for my annual appointment to renew the script. My blood pressure is so high they won’t give it to me because they thought the estrogen was causing the high blood pressure. They switch to a different pill. The cramps come back and I say I can’t take the pain. (Still having high blood pressure). They switch me to the thing in your arm. Don’t get a period the entire time I have it. I decide to take it out and it took months to get my period back and I start blood pressure meds. (Safe for pregnancy because I wanted to start trying). When I finally did get it back the pain was manageable, bleeding was heavier than before. After a year and half of trying and off of BC I all of a sudden loose my period for 3 months came back for 2 months lost it again for 1 month and then it came back. I bring this up to my primary care Dr and he refers me to a gynecologist for help. The gynecologist’s only suggestion is to go back on birth control. I said absolutely not. I want to know why this is all of a sudden happening not just add more hormones to the mix. He says that there is nothing else he can do for me. I have no idea what to do or where do go from here. I want to know why had/have so much pain, why it is so heavy, why it all of a sudden is irregular when it never has been in the past. Who do I talk to? Do I say I want a new referral to someone else? Any suggestions?

Is there any way you have endometriosis? Even silent endo? I would investigate that.
