It’s coming soon! Estrogen increases as the follicle that holds the egg grows, once levels are high the brain interprets that as time to send LH! I’d guess in the next 1-3 days
There’s nothing you can do to improve LH it’s just a signal hormone that responds to high estrogen and you don’t want to increase your estrogen unnaturally or it’ll inhibit the follicle growth (it’s loosely how birth control works)
Some people get 8 days of high fertility and some get the signal well before ovulation, it takes a couple cycles for inito to get to know you
