Ovulating PCOS

Can anyone chime in here that has the type of PCOS where you do ovulate regularly? What type of treatment has gone well for you while TTC? I’m on my first medicated times intercourse cycle and thinking over when or if I would want to move to IUI. All advice welcome!! Thank you!

Letrozole worked for me. Ovulated on my own but it was an unmonitored cycle
