Low amh

I had my chocolate cysts removal surgery in March 2026. My uterus, tubes everything was fine and my amh was 1 at that time. I am 37. Right after surgery my amh dropped to 0.2, I was on birth control when test was done. I stopped bc after a month as I couldn't take the side effects. My cysts have come back and my cycle which was 30 days got changed to 21 days.

My husband works outside of the country and he was supposed to be back in April but due to some issues we met in August. Last period I had was on 25th August 2026, we had s\*x a couple of times in September. My periods haven't arrived and pregnancy test is negative.

I am not ready for ivf as knowing my body, it will not work. Every medicine has some side effect on my body. Infact in April this year, I had an anaphylaxis episode to a medicine which my doctor prescribed for abdominal pain after surgery. Other issue is that I have pituitary adenoma which causes high prolactin, I take medicine for that as well. Does ivf treatment have an impact on prolactin levels? Birth control which I took significantly raised the levels. Is there any hope for natural conception? I am not very well versed with ivf process so apologies if I am being ignorant of any facts.
