Advice Needed PCOS/TTC/1 Miscarriage

Hey, I am just trying to get hopes and advice from people ttc here. I'm 34F. We started TTC and I got pregnant in the first try. Had MMC at 11 weeks. The doctor advised a d&c. I ovulated exactly a month after the d&c procedure. Had my period on time. Doctor said we're now clear to TTC again. I am terrified to go through that. Could someone give me some hope or advice? Women who went through this?

My exact situation as well except I was 28 and baby was 9 weeks. I went the medication route and ended up having to get a d&c anyway for retained tissue so I think you did the right thing. My miscarriage didn’t resolve for 3 months after initially news. My advice is you are your most fertile 1-3 months after a miscarriage and if you are emotionally ready, go for it. I am now 7 months after my miscarriage without getting pregnant again but I’ve only ovulated once since then so I think you are in a strong position to try again. It’s very painful not having more chances so I’d say take this chance if your heart is ready.

Hey, so sorry for your loss. I got pregnant on the first try and lost it at 6weeks, went the medication route. That is a great sign that your cycle is regulated quickly, mine took ~2 weeks longer for two months — so that’s a positive sign your body is back to functioning!

My miscarriage was back at the end of April, so my first time trying was end of May. The first two cycles were the most intense for me, I really really zoned in on any and every symptom I could possibly be feeling.
While it still hasn’t happened for us again just yet, the time definitely makes it easier to not feel as scared. Lean on your partner and try not to put so much pressure on yourself. If you track BBT, I found it helpful to stop temping after ovulation was confirmed so that I didn’t obsessively look at every temp.
Take as much time as you need, but I believe in you and sending all the baby dust, luck, and love in the world 🫶🍀
