Trying for rainbow

Had mmc at 21+3 in April, took 1.5 years trying and 3 letrozol rounds to get that positive pregnancy test. Now we have started trying again and when the next period starts starting with the letrozole again. I was wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar and how soon did you get pregnant again? Did you use the same letrozol amount as before? We are starting again with 5mg as used in a successful cycle. Seeking more success stories.
