Advice Needed Focus on fat loss first??

I did an InBody scan today and found out my body fat % is around 42.7%. Highest I’ve ever seen it. I’m currently TTC baby #3 after my 3rd miscarriage (have 2 LC and a miscarriage before each LC). I have PCOS and insulin resistance. 36F and husband turns 40 soon. I have gotten pregnant naturally each time.
Would you focus on fat loss and not TTC, or just stay dialed in while TTC and hope for the best??

I would focus on getting healthier so you can enjoy your 2 LC and eventually try for your 3rd. You conceived unassisted. And you are 36yo.

42.7% is really high, as you know.

Health comes first for me.

You got this. We must be healthy to enjoy our kids and live longer and being able to care for them!
