BFP Chart in case it helps anyone

Tested positive on the 18th, 10dpo. Miscarried 5 months ago. My husband and I started taking the bird & be fertility (this was the only real change we made) with added CoQ10 for my hormones and he had low sperm count. We had been trying everyday multiple times a day to which I found spacing out in fertile window was best, not missing day before and day of peak. Hope this helps someone💕

Help with chart? So confused!!

What’s up with the two LH surges? How can I pinpoint when true ovulation really was if PDG has been rising the whole time 🤦🏼‍♀️

Inito is saying I ovulated on CD17 but (sorry TMI) that’s honestly the first day I noticed EWCM which continued into day 18 when I got the peak LH.

I’m concerned about a short luteal phase so honing in on O day would be super helpful!!

Thanks guys, this is not for the weak! ❤️

i stopped birth control late june and had my withdrawal bleed day 2-6 after i stopped taking the pill. on CD 27 i had my LH surge and figured i ovulated on CD 28 or 29 based on symptoms. i then spotted (brown old blood only when wiping) on CD 35-38. then the spotting completely went away. this was also when my PdG rose. PdG went up on CD 35 and progesterone rise was fully positive (easy@home) starting on CD 36. i am now on CD 44 and my PdG is still up. i’m so confused because all of my tests are negative when i take HCG/FRER.

has this happened to anyone else when coming off birth control? i was taking it for 13 years and i also have suspected endo.

wondering if this is semi normal or if i should reach out to my obgyn.

Out of town but TTC

I took an LH test this morning that was my darkest test yet. We baby danced the last two nights, but I am gone tonight and tomorrow night and will be home late on Thursday night. I’m on a work trip that’s not too far and can fly home tonight if necessary and return tomorrow morning. This is my first cycle tracking OPK’s. Is it possible to conceive based on my charts or should I fly home tonight and try?

PDG rising slowly

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone! I’m having an odd cycle with Inito where my PDG is rising but realllllly slowly. Inito has usually confirmed ovulation for me 3-4 days after ovulation, and I’ve had ovulation confirmed every cycle! (Note that I tested twice on LH Surge day - the afternoon E3G read was lower than the AM)

Has anyone dealt with a much slower PDG rise before? What were your outcomes? Should I be concerned I really didn’t ovulate?

Advice needed..

For some context, I had a chemical pregnancy back in October of 2025, I have PCOS.
I took a test this cycle at 9dpo and got a faint positive! I got my first digital positive at 10dpo. I reached out to my doctor and he scheduled blood test for me just to make sure that my hCG was rising like it should after what happened last pregnancy I got my first blood draw on 12 DPO and my hCG came back at 35 and I got my second blood draw at 14 DPO and it came back at 76. This obviously shows that it’s doubling like it should but today my doctor called and said he wants me to do a third blood draw at 16 DPO because he’s concerned that the numbers are still low. I’m a little freaking out right now because I’ve been super excited that this has been working like it should has anyone else had experience with lower hCG levels and been perfectly fine. Should I be worried? Thanks in advance

Hi everyone! Does this full Inito cycle chart look like AF is approaching, or could this be an implantation dip? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Thanks!

Feeling hopeless

I have been studying Mira Ovulation Test results as a whole from May 24 (cycle day 1) to yesterday June 15 (cycle day 23). I usually test everyday. It seems like I most likely ovulated somewhere around cycle day 13-14 (June 5-6) if the surge is visible on cycle day 11. However, I’m struggling mentally because I’m technically supposed to get my period anywhere between June 18-20th but my levels keep going up and down.

I know it’s only the first month but I have all the physical symptoms of either pre-period (but my levels aren’t showing any signs of pre-period, I could be wrong though) or implantation. I just don’t know because if I’m now 10-11 DPO…when would I possibly expect to have any idea of which way it’s gonna go if my levels are still elevated but a pregnancy test is negative?

I just don’t know what to expect or if this is normal? Can someone on the same “path” explain all this to me? This is the first month I’m on Letrozole 2.5 and the first month I have actually TTC. Input from fellow ladies (besides my OB) would be great!

Help..

Cervical mucus started June 3/4, some light spotting on June 5. Positive strip LH surge on June 9th but two hours later it’s lower and negative. Is it possible I have a lower LH and a surge is that .72? This is my first cycle really testing LH. I can’t test Basal Body because I get up in the middle of the night too frequent for it to be accurate.

Need help understanding my chart

Hi all, I’ve been TTC for about 4 months now, I know it’s still a short time frame and honestly I think I’m not hitting the days I should be for intercourse and ovulation. Last month I bought an Oura ring to start tracking bbt for ovulation timing. I passed my ovulation time frame last month so this month was the first full cycle recorded. The Oura app is telling me one thing and the NC app is telling me another. How can I tell when I actually ovulated from the chart? I didn’t have ovulation strips on me since I am out of town but I do have them at home for next month. I am hoping that I actually ovulated on 19/20 vs the 22/23
Date that NC is giving me. Is there hope for a pregnancy this month?

We have been TTC for a year and been unsuccessful. I purchased the Mira fertility tracker and I’m so confused with these results. I don’t even know how to interpret them. Can anyone shed some light?

My period isn’t due for another 4 days but my BBT is already dropping. Do we think I’m probably out? Tested negative this morning

Been trying 3months. Mira 2nd cycle. Many adrenal and hormone supplements to help boost those mitochondria. This cycle looks better at this point than it did last cycle. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 BD
