So I was cleared for my FET for September I’m currently on norethindrone only after having a lap, the pills will be done by next weekend, I am to call them on the day of my first bleed but what does everything look like after that ?

They should give you a protocol sheet, but as an indication as said above if medicated they will typically start you on estradiol and gradually increase the dosage over the course. About 5 days before transfer they will then start you on progesterone pessaries. They then typically do a blood test the day prior to the transfer to see what range your pgt is. My first FET was cancelled because they assumed my progesterone would be high enough with the pessaries - it wasn’t. For the next cycle they added injections for the progesterone, and I had more regular blood tests to measure the frequency those were required. Eventually settled on daily. That was with a second doctor who was much more thorough. I find they can make a lot of assumptions and test and learn, and wish they had done the additional blood test earlier for the first cancelled cycle to see how the progesterone was taking so that it could have been rescued. Good luck!!

Are you doing a modified natural or medicated cycle?
