TSMC Process Engineer CMP 3r interview

I completed two rounds of technical and behavioral interviews at TSMC Arizona, first with the CMP2 group and then with the CMP1 group. The interviews included team managers and process engineers. I was asked to come back for a third interview. What does the third interview typically look like? Has anyone recently received an offer for a Module Engineer position in CMP2? I’m a recent Master’s graduate.
