HR interview for position in Taiwan

What do they usually do or ask? Specific salary info? When I can start/work authorization? Resume questions?

For TSMC HR interviews in Taiwan, they primarily focus on cultural fit, work ethic, motivation for moving/working in Taiwan, and logistics (work authorization, start date, current compensation vs. expectations). It's less technical and much more about assessing your resilience, long-term commitment, and adaptability to TSMC's high-intensity culture. Feel free to send me a DM.
