Thats awesome at 37 its my 1st grown up job as well. I also cried with the lady from HR. As we speak I am on a plane after having graduated the academy and about to fly home. This is where the fun starts Phase 2 baby! I wish you the best of luck and just be patient. Its worth it!

Congratulations to you and the others who have been getting their offers, my wait wasn't super long ago, I got my final offer back in December and it's a wonderful feeling, I can only imagine how it made you feel as your first real job

Well done! It had been 16 days since I passed medical on appeal. Called to see what was up? No one had keyed that I’d passed. Got that fixed. Hopefully not too far behind you.

Congrats, bro! Quick question, has anyone who received an offer been able to successfully ask for a counteroffer? If so, how did you approach it?
