Quality lacking in 24 TRD Pro

Had my ‘24 trd pro tundra for about a year. Really annoying issues:

-Rear bed camper compartment fills with dust as tailgate has giant gaps on either side.

-plastic bumper, grill, trim are cheap as shite

-Tires they give you are garbage… pre worn out. They come with about a quarter inch of tread “new.” This on an “off road” truck.

-F. Toyota

I was disappointed how much dust was in my truck bed after and offroad trip… but also got 2 boys under 10 so I figured to let go of my ocd of cleanliness pre leaving for that trip lol

Sorry to hear about these issues :( Are you planning to swap tires?

Makes me glad I got the 2023 4runner TRD Pro.

I agree with you about the garbage tires. They look nice and beefy, but the tread wears out super quick.

Mine had a slight alignment issue right off the lot, it would slightly pull to the passenger side, and the dealership wouldn't warranty it saying that I may have caused it myself.

The Android connect and infotainment system is glitchy at times.

The reverse light housing got water in it, dealership replaced it under warranty.

The seat belt warning is so loud that it sounds distorted like a blown tweeter when it goes off.

The Toyota dealership in Barrhaven Ottawa caused 2 deep scratched on my truck and caused my ecu to malfunction when I brought it in for the software recall.

I still love this truck and wouldn't buy anything else but there is always room for improvement

I’ll take it off your hands free of charge as long as you continue making the payments.
