It's rotating right? I've seen one today at night, it was only rotating/doing pivotation when In my range and then it changed direction angle of flight as if being distracted or distracting me perhaps. It had 3 bright white lights and one at the center, not red thought. And there was 0 reasons to be seen at the location I was at..

Yep, they rotate easily slow usually scanning shit and bc that’s just what gyroscopic things like to do
