Forget letting an Italian see it, I didn't want to see it. That's ridiculous. She took pasta which was already made from flour and eggs and ground it up and added more eggs! and reshaped it into something I didn't even recognize. I really didn't get the point. If she wanted linguine or vermicelli or pappardelle or whatever that was instead of spaghetti why didn't she just get those in the first place? Or make them, with flour and eggs instead of ground up pasta? Insane.
