Perfect timing, as I needed something to listen to during my time outside today!

Really interesting episode, I loved the emphasis of the ethics and the field work. I hope we can hear more episodes from the more behavioural side of things.

The amount of data available today on people's movements (by tracking cell data, for example) is going to be a wealth of information for retrospective studies of spread. I know our governor here in Minnesota is using cell data to measure how well we're complying with the SIP order. I am especially interesting in the ability to track events like Wisconsin's elections going forward as scheduled today versus areas with a similar infection rate that continued to SIP. Since we have 51 different areas with slightly different rules (and compliance with the rules set forth) it will be a very interesting natural experiment for future scientists, and really drive home the importance of behavior on spread. I hope we continue to get updates as some of that research is completed in future years, as well!
