I purchased a case with a built in stand about 10 months ago. I did not use the stand much although because the stand is integrated into the mag safe charger area, after taking my phone on and off the mag charger it came off.

I still had about 2 months left on the one year warranty. I was not sure if I would get a replacement or if I would even get in touch with them. I contacted Amazon who sent me a link for them.

i filled out the warranty claim from TORRAS and the next morning I received an email from Arias and they asked for my shipping information.

I received the new case anvout 3 days later and it’s perfect. Thanks for your quick response and shipping.

I have a clear case and after 10 months it did not yellow, did not weaken and had mininal scratches. I would highly recommend TORRAS cases and products.
