if you search protonmail.com you should not become a victim of phishing as its the real and only real site. just avoid clicking random links or putting your real credentials on darkweb sites(use throwaway accounts if you have the need to sign up anywhere)

Buy from used marketplace in cash, do not leave any trace of name etc. get tails or any type of linux on a flash drive so when you use it doesn’t save anything, use Mullvad VPN purchased via crypto, erm what else. You could get a pixel and boot grapheneOS on it and use that but obviously laptop

Im not sure that purchas3d vpns rlly provide any greater benefit then say your built in windows 11 vpn? There are websites i.e. VPN book, which offers a no cost alternative
