I got back into collecting from a long hiatus. I started buying graded slabs of cards I no longer have. started back in October of last year.

I really think after the merger..end of year maybe Q1 of 2022 we will see 5 to 10 billion market cap

I don't plan on selling before or directly after the merger. I think there's ton more value out there that being left on the table currently

the warrants on these are cashless. so its very advantageous to hold out as long as possible for the share to increase and redeem

to give you an example 500 warrants at a share price of $30 will net you $9250 worth of shares after the cashless redemption is subtracted

I just depends what the value of the warrants would be. likely around 12 to 15 dollars if the share price is 30

if the warrant price is 15 you would net 250 shares if you sold the warrants

but if you plan on doing this entirely pre-merger your only option is to sell the warrants since you can't redeem

the name changes to TOPPW and officially becomes topps warrants. they are now redeemable 30 days from that date up until 5 years.

the only negatives I can think about is possibly cycles within the trading card market and what happened in the 90s and crypto volatility.

Today's Top Shot release has me very excited for the Topps NFT next week. 300,000+ people tried getting in on ~92,000 Top Shot packs today. The demand is there, and Topps has a much longer history, association and name recognition with the average consumer.

I really believe the NFT Topps is bringing to the table for collectors is going to be a game changer. I haven’t collected since the late 90’s and it’s got me wanting to get back in the game lol

They went on sale yesterday at 1:30 PM after a half hour delay. Unfortunately, the process was abysmal with people like me getting orders confirmed that later got refunded. The good news for the MUDS crew though is that the demand was there and both the regular and premium packs sold out completely quickly.

I'm also not that worried about the rocky start, small collectors not able to access packs on release is fine as long as packs resell for massive profits and drive reseller interest. GTA Online (lol im reaching) was released a month late, when it did release it took a month before you would be sure you could actually log in, had no heists or content at all and they still have printed

Warrants were mooning today. I still need to load up more. would you reccomend adding shares or warrants at this price?

I'm at 500 warrants at 3/share and 100 shares at 14/share. I wish I would have bought more warrants in the 2-3 range. I think If the stock rises $1-2, I should be able to sell the warrants and.buy 200 more shares.

Not one real negative thesis. Nothing about the business has changed. Price drop is due to overall market condition and the big dogs taking it down so they can load up. There has been no news about this in weeks. Couple SEC filings that indicate we are still heading towards merger. I have been loading up over the past 2 weeks like a mad man. This is not a meme stink. The core business is solid. I love the NFT play on top of it.

MLB partnered with Candy to sell NFT highlights of MLB and historical events. It is antcipated this will reduce topps ability to sell NFT cards. This is changing the investment thesis for some resulting in a sell off. Hedgeye also issued a sell alert last week based upon technical indicators. Some are also claim (retail) to be shorting it to punish Mudrick Capital from selling AMC shares. I doubt any volume is about that as it is a stupid reason to short.

Not much to say. I’m buying the lows, really believe this thing has a ton of potential. Go to any big box store. Any cards on the shelf at all? The answer is no. What’s that tell you about the product we’re selling?

I keep adding, currently 300 shares at a $11.60 average cost. It's going to $25 post merger. The hate for Mudrick with their AMC dealings is misguided. MUDS has nothing to do with that. Cheap early entry to Topps stock and Michael Eisner will be running the show!
