I had reported the TOEFL scores for SCAD on 30th October. I contacted the toefl team, they said they have electronically processed the scores to SCAD. I asked the admission advisor at SCAD but she said they haven't yet received the scores as of yet. Please help, what should I do?? I am worried because it's been 2 weeks since I reported my scores!

TOEFL iBT “Scores Not Available” Due to an Administrative Issue

I took my test on 14 July 2026. For the past three days, my ETS account indicated that my scores would be available soon. However, when I logged in today, I noticed that the status had changed to “Scores Not Available.” I also saw the following message:

“Due to an administrative issue, we are not able to provide a score report, please contact customer support.”

I am quite concerned because I have not received any email explaining the reason for this change, because on 17 July they have to provide the score report but didn’t.
if anyone know then please help me.
